Where is Yalla based?

Yalla is proudly based in the USA. All pieces are ethically designed and manufactured here using globally sourced, premium fabrics.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order is on the way.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the U.S. For questions about specific countries, email hello@yallawear.com.

What is your return policy?

For sanitary reasons, all hijabs are final sale.

Tops and apparel may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. To start a return, email hello@yallawear.com.

Can I exchange an item?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

What fabrics do you use?

Yalla uses TENCEL™ Modal, a sustainable fiber made from beechwood trees. It’s buttery soft, breathable, and naturally stretchy with excellent recovery and low pilling.

Are Yalla pieces true to size?

Yes — our garments are designed to fit true to size, offering comfortable coverage and elegant drape. Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements.

Are your products see-through?

No. Every Yalla piece is crafted to ensure opaque coverage, even during movement or layering.

How do I care for my Yalla pieces?

Machine wash cold inside out on a gentle cycle. Use a mild detergent only. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to maintain softness and color. Do not place it in the dryer. Lay flat or line dry.
